Kiyah Danylle Bryant is an experienced Scrum Master at Discover Financial Services in Chicago, Illinois. Kiyah began her career at Discover as a 2015 and 2016 summer intern while studying Computer Science at Spelman College. She is a result of Discovers Black Organization for Leadership and Diversity (BOLD) firsts recruiting efforts in the Atlanta University Center for the company's Business Technology Internship Program in 2014.

Kiyah gleams in people skills and has become a respected ace for servant leadership which she uses to propel business goals into online experiences using scrum and agile methodologies.

To inflate her skillset, Kiyah is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Information Technology at the DePaul University College of Computing and Digital Media, expected to graduate in May 2020. 

​

Though thriving in the workplace, Kiyah's childhood dream job was to become an educator to inspire youth. She periodically fulfills this dream as a Chicago Junior Achievement Volunteer leading 4th grade classrooms in entrepreneurship focused learning activities.
